7. Account Suspension and Closure

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.
10. Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Law
fanchai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date indicated on this page.
